MMOGA.COM Online Game Keys Gamecards Not delivered Internet
MMOGA.COM website sells game keys and other game virtual merchandise. Actually a German company but operates an English website. Probably taking advantage of most worldwide (non German) buyers inability to file local consumer affairs complaints.
Merchandise description differs significantly from what is delivered. Ordered and paid for a game key and received a different key.
Company does not have the correct item as described. Will not refund.
Value of transaction is small (about 6$), but certainly adds up for them especially not having to deliver.
The website displays a feedback column full of glowing reviews from purported satisfied customers. Now that I am a customer myself, I discovered there is no way to leave any feedback! Further proof the company is actively a fraud.
I'm not expecting to ever get my money back, but at least other potential buyers can be warned about dealing with this company.
