MST never contacts anyone for a job. The applicant contacts us.
All applicants that land a job start as a fronter in order to learn the business from a financial perspective. This takes time, training and certification.
All consumers call us first and then the employee follws-up if the consumer needs it.
We do not purchase debts from anyone or anywhere.
You were caught on your phone and an Internet Gaming Site (not computer games but online gambling)
You were paid out for every hour you worked at the agreed upon rate. Where is the legal action?
The non-white item has no relevance. We are an equal opportunity employer and the variety of individuals that work here will back that up
In summary,
if you plan on not working diligently, playing games on company computers, using cellphones on company time, and not wanting to perform the job description you were hired for and agreed to, then you should not work here; like this person.

Based on whats Michelle wrote,

Well michelle, I have being closing deals for more than seven years, I close on product, on price, on payments, on rates, on terms etc, and I am currently a closer.On top of that, my customer satisfaction index is above 95%. I can publish all the surveys I have received from my current customers and my current company as well. In addition to that I did not leave a better job to start as a telemarketer, I did not obtained a master degree to fulfill a position that anybody could do.
In more than ten years of professional experience, I have never being fired from any position. Your company is first one that has done such a thing to me. You have not even spoken to me or asked me or blamed me for anything. I remember that you just sent me an agent that you have promoted them same day to ask to leave five minute after he asked me to stay. don't you call this emotional decision and arrogance!! Doin't you call it not caring about your personnel? You did not have the courage to talk diectly to me or even set up an exit interview!!!
Is it bad when you are treated the way you do to your employees especially when you have the best intentions and when you are working hard to reach the goals you have established. I have always being a commited person to my employers.
Your accusation of me day trading stocks at work are not truth. Can you prove it? what stock have I traded? Did I download any application to your servers in order to trade? did I use your phone systems to place an order to buy and sell? You are a person that works in the field of law and you have no evidence or proof for your accusations.
You have fired many of the coworkers I met at your company , chuck, and my supervisor Doug, It seem like an exodus happening at mst financial. Don't you know that : high turnover = bad managament.
Why such a high turnover, why cancelling my check, why micro managing your people in such a bad way?

Besides the fact that this former employee signed a confidentiallity agreement, which is why they do not give their true name and are hiding behind the pseudoname Anaphrais, they deceived my company about work experience which explains why they had no idea of the work flow in their position, and was found by the IT department to have been trading stocks online during employment hours, there is absoluutely no truth to any of these allegations. As a telemarketer, this individual had no level of certification to perform any duites other than to answer the phone and take generic, non-personal consumer information. All employees during training have a pay scale that is commesurate with starting out and costing my company money to train them. When an employee is let go in the state of Colorado, which is an "at will" employment state, no reason has to be given for terminaton. We do not choose to give a reason when an employee departs so as not to have to argue and because we do not have to. This employee was fully compensated per their emplyment agreement, which is why they never pursued a legal remedy as they stated in their complaint that they would. As far as this person not being white; I could care less. That would be their problem because they see it as a problem. We do not harrass people and did not harrass this individual.
Clearly, anyone that reads this person's complaint and my response, will determine that their complaint is simply out of frustration at not focusing on their job description and failing at performing that job description and consequently being rightfully terminated.

Indeed, they did pay me after I litterally sent five or six e mails to their corporate.
They should never have ed my pay plan and then correct it after I started taking a legal action. One of Michelle tucker's assistant called me and told me that they would send me my check with the correct ammount.
I have never day traded while working for them while I was at work. I have never downloaded any trading platform to their desktops or servers. It is a false reason. I bet you that it will be an exodus from her company.
Anyway, good luck for anybody that will work for Michelle Tucker, It is a challenge to put up with her. In conclusion, It was a blessing to be fired from her organisation, because I am top performing again with my new organisation.

It is not the policy of MST Financial to start its enrollment staff at the level of 'closer'. New hires begin as 'fronters' and are promoted as performance renders appropriate. At no point is this willfully misrepresented during the interview or post-hiring processes.
MST Financial does in no way condone the harassment of potential clients. Anyone who has been contacted by our enrollment department has first expressed interest in receiving information about our services and is free to request we remove his or her contact information from our database, at which point we will initiate no further contact.
Our radio advertising does not state that we will send free information to a caller's home, rather we express that we will provide free information as part of our program's evaluation process.
MST Financial does not purchase debts from collection agencies or creditors and most certainly does not acquire its clients' debts for settlement purposes - to do so would be equal parts illegal and unethical.
The gentleman who filed this complaint against our firm was not terminated for playing "computer games" but rather for engaging in the day-trading of stocks while on the clock, as observed by our department supervisor.
The compensation matter to which this complaint refers has been rectified and the gentleman has been paid his due amount based on the rate of pay at which he was hired and the number of hours worked.
