We took our car to Momentum BMW West for heating problem. After diagnosis, they gave me an estimate of approx. $1477.00 and said it needed a water pump, fan and coupling replaced. BMW West (Jeff Rogers) provided estimated to our warranty company, they approved $863.00 and asked Jeff for a reason why coupling needed to be replaced but Jeff was not able to give reason and stated he will contact his technician and get back to warranty company. For two days; Jeff did not call or returned our phone calls, so, we decided to contact his manager named Cash.

Cash promised that he will call us the next day by 10:30am but he did not call. We left numerous messages but no response from him so we contacted Cash's manager named Wendell Allen (Director) and he promised to discuss this matter with his staff and get back to me. As usual, we never heard back from Wendell so we contacted the General Manager Maria Montega with no luck.At the end, Momentum BMW called our warranty company and told them that fan broke because previous repair was not done right. My warranty company has called Momentum BMW West a "LIAR"

Back in 2009, I took my almost new BMW for a minor repair to the same Momentum BMW West.  The service adviser gave me an estimate of approx $365.00 and said I had a bad tire (run-flat tire) and it needed to be replaced and cannot be repaired. I decided not to replace it and went straight to Discount Tire for them to look at.  Discount Tire looked at the tire and said there was noting wrong with the tire and it had low air due to the cold weather. They added air to it and the same tire worked for over 2 years.

You don't need to deal with these a**holes who don't care about you the customer.  Look around for an independent shop which will honor that warranty.  You'll find better prices, better people and better customer service.
