I ordered a weight loss product from Momemtum and paid them, the following month they deducted $58.93 from my account supposely because once you order the first product you are automatically signed in for their monthly delivery.

I called Momentum and told them that I never authorized any monthly crap! The guy said he was sorry and I will get my money back within 14 days...well its been 1 month and 4 days and i still dont have my money back.

I called again last week and spoke with a lady that hardly spoke English, and she asked me for my phone number and asked me to calm down, one of the supervisor will contact me immediately. will its been 3 days, and no check or call from anyone in the company.

Today I called back and all they said is please email them at [email protected] or contact them at (281) 356-9939 between 9am and 2pm central standard time. I will try again tomorrow and see what they say now!
