I ordered a bunch of shampoo and conditioner from this lady Kelly Shirley and it's been 6 months and she never gave me my shampoos and she never gave me my money back. When I knock on her door she never answers. She doesn't answer the phone. She completely ripped me off. The few times that she did answer the phone she slurs her words. I think she's drunk.
