I was having financial issues (still recovering), because I had to pay my car repairs, several school loans, gas, necessities, etc, and I was short on cash. I was looking for a payday loan to get caught up on my bills. Needless to say, I ended up finding out that my account had been overdrawn, because there was an eighty-nine dollar withdrawl from it, having no money... while I was trying to pay with my card... pretty embarassing. Not only did it overdraw my account, they charge an overdrawn account at my credit union, almost thirty dollars.
I have sent in everything required for my refund, and in a month, I haven't heard anything from them. Their lack of care with their jobs is infuriating, because other people are going through what I am going through, too. I recently sent them an e-mail with the option of refunding me my money, or I'll be going to my credit union to file an unauthorized payment with Money Plus Saver, and I will be writing to the Better Business Bureau, whether I get my refund back or not. I will be getting my money back either way, because to me, eighty-nine dollars can help pay for part of my loans, and losing it only added salt to the wound of being behind on bills. I do not wish for this to happen to anyone, and if it did, I am sorry.
Money Plus Saver is stealing money out of people's accounts, and I hope they get caught eventually. This needs to stop.
