Money Plus Saver Took my 89.00 out of my bank account. Waiting 37 days and no refund yet!!!! Internet
I took an internet payday loan and days later 89.00 was taken from my bank account. I called the number and it was for a membership to a vacation savings membership. I faxed over my cancellation form as directed, and was told I would be refunded in 30 days. Now I am being told that it could be 15 days more because they need to verify that the money was taken out of my account for payment. I have called and called and get the same scripting conversation from the customer service agent. I am fed up with their tactics and ready for legal help. I just want my 89.00 back.
