Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Morris Hutson's girl friend, found our classified ad for rentals available. She says he needs to rent while he is building a house. I told her that our rentals are one year leases and not for short term lease. This was the end of the conversation.

And then 2 weeks later, Morris and Delilah just "Drop in" unannounced and in a friendly manner looks at the property for rent, and then asks to see the rest of our property. Morris admires the horses in our pasture, and comments that he has trained about 6000 (yes, six thousand) horses. I figured that would take a person about 436 years if he could train 1 horse every 4 weeks. An hour and a half later Morris then turns around and makes us an offer to purchase all available vacant land (55 60 acres) so that he can build his house and live in seclusion. He also offered us a "lifetime" use agreement as the seller to continue to use the property.

The following day they are back to take photos of the property, and asks to buy all of our rentals (7) also. He will have his attorney draw up a contract and then have everything surveyed. Morris needs to know right away because the attorney is also working on another closing of property that he is selling and he could have our contract worked out at the same time. Morris repeats that he will only be paying 100% CASH.

Then Morris says he would like to keep everything "quiet" until the deal is completed. Morris apparently targets "expensive properties, works into a contract and has your property all tied up. Talk is cheap and unfortunately not illegal!

Just tell him to go away you are not interested in selling. Warn others....

Not Only is Morris trustworthy but i have personal dealings with him concerning ministry and helping many people in the Philippines through his generosity... By his simple acts of kindness and good will i have persoanlly witnessed Morris making a difference in the lives of many people with literally life and death situations of poverty...

Morris is a mentor and a role model to me and i am blessed to know him as a close friend... i know what is behind these accusations and it is nothing more than bitter actions of a few people organized to smear his name and bare false witness.. and one of them even claims to be a strong Christian of which i won't make a judgement but last time i checked bearing false witness was still one of the ten commandments...

anyway i am also a Christian and a minister and i love even those who with spite in their hearts would stoop so low as to write these false reports.. all i can say is we will all be accountable for our actions one day if not sooner than later... thanks and God bless!!

i have had dealings with Morris Hutosn and have not had any reason whatsoever to believe these accusations.. in fact i have found morris to be quite forthright and sincere and not only trustworthy but of good intent... i have good reason to believe that these alligations may be part of a campaign to smear the good name and reputation of this man and find these comments to be appauling to say the least... furthermore i can find no information to the contrary on any other resource.. i would reccomend Morris both as a developer and as a friend... to whom it may concern.. thank you and God bless!!

I just hope whom ever is thinking of doing any business with Morris Hutson please contact the Savannah Chatham Police department and ask for Billy Ray or contact Bryan county Sherriff Clyde Smith in Richmond Hill GA. You can also searchf or Chatham County courts or GSSCA.org and you will see all of the lawsuits and liens this person has on him. He will rip you off, the least he will do is make you pay him to leave you alone Green Mail would be a better term for his tactics.
