Morris Invest misrepresented property for sale by identifying that the property could rent for a specific monthly rent. In fact, the rents were not collected and the properties were not renovated. The pictures of the property were misleading. Income from the properties was negligibile. The property management company was negligent and likely committed fraud.
Morris Invest pocketed a nice commission for selling this fraud.
