Mike or moustapha Fawaz is notorious for stealing people's deposits and down payments, I've purchased a new lease with him a few months back and gave him my Dodge Avenger to sell and he kept the money while I was trusting him with everything I also gave him the pink slip to expedite the process. Few days later car was sold and all he had was excuses for me, I'm in the process of waitin for another trial date along with several others than we're scammed by this individual. I advice to stay away as my lawyer said not to have any contact with this man or his establishment. He is now working out of a new business located in North Hollywood (Knockout Auto Leasing). Glendale Police have been contacted for a few months back and also filed a police report regarding my dodge. If this has happened to anyone else, file a police Report at the Glendale Police Department cause there are over 10 people that were scammed and frauded of there hard earned money because of this man.
