 Movement Mortgage is by far the Worst Lending company In U.S History. I was referred by the Realtor Agent to use this company. The Loan Officer Kelly M. Stated Fha will take entirely to long to close on this home, switch me to a conventional loan without knowing. A reversal was conducted due to he home needing flooring to FHA. Kelly M. Would take weeks at a time to return my calls, advise me to conduct the repairs prior underwriting, did not request needed document from to be verified accordingly, allegedly lost my personal information 4 times, lied stated i was in underwriting whwn she never submitted files to ubderwriting after 3 months of this foolishness I was referred to the Office Manager, who was worse. Mark B. The office manager from the beginning I felt I was being conned. Mark B. Did everything from falsying document submitted to HUD to contacting the seller stating"she don't have money for closing" behind my back. Mark B. Refuse to allow credit from Rural Development, credit from earnest money, proper taxes (homestead exempt) and title company credit towards the loan. After ? Mark B. Secretly wanted more money on the closing I was already scheduled to pay $5,000 for closing when I should not have to. He lied on the Loan Processor, the Appraiser, his manager for ALL of his wrong doing. Months later the seller gave up and sold the home for cash. ShatterING my dream of becoming a home owner. Do your research I discovered Mark B. Was sited for previous wrong doing with other clients please don't waste your time with this company in LA.

 DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Movement Mortgage is by far the Worst Lending company In U.S History. I was referred by the Realtor Agent. The Loan Officer Kelly M. Who preferred to complete application over phone. My First Mistake, after application was completed Kelly M.Stated "FHA will take entirely to long to close on this home because repairs are needed and I don't have time for that", switch me to a conversional loan without my consent. A reversal was conducted due to FHA requirement to FHA 203K.(home needing flooring)Kelly M. Would take weeks at a time to return my calls, After loan apprival and changes, advise me to conduct the repairs out of pocket prior underwriting. Kelly M did not request needed document W2, Check Stubs rental info,bank statements etc from to be verified accordingly for underwriting.

After 4 weeks i contacted the Corporate office considering i rendered my personal information. Kelky M. Contacted me on the same day after complaint. I submitted information personally in office the following day. Oct. 2016. I was assurred by Kelly M. I would get a call once pre approval was completed. another 2 weeks went by i contacted Kelly M. Everyday until she decided to answer, the Seller became inpatient with the Lender Practices and submitted a final warning. I email the attachment contacted Corporate office again. The Regional Manager Eileen B contact me saying we are going to get this matter corrected. I received a call from Kelly M. And a Emailed saying the application was denied due to insufficient Documents. Kelly M. Excuse was her" Computer was not working right" all of my documents were lost. Again, i was informed rental verification qas needed.

I resubmitted documents again. This tine The regional Manager was also included in conformation. I was given the Office manager(Church Devil) information Mark Bowen. Late November an application was placed again documents were resubmitted again. After 5days Mark Bowen called stating you have been approved again, 30 days later he requested for the inspection, January lot the Estimation for repairs was Conducted, and resubmitted 3 times to Mark Bowen. I fired the agent due to Conflict of interests with the Lender Kelly M. (agent previously had contract on home) hired someone great. After communication than investigation the matter she email All associated Parties on status and seller complied. It's turns out Kelly M. Never submitted none of the documents after 3 months of her faking it the seller becomes inpatient. Yet was patient.Late January Mark Bowen Mark Bowen Loan officer /Office Manager finally submitted a request to Home Appraisial. The Appraisial was completed finally I assumed. Mark Bowen called and stated can you contact the Company the Appraiser works for and request a copy. I did the company submitted later that day. Mark Bowen requested for me to ask the seller to raise the price of the home since it was worth more than selling. Seller NO. Mark Bowen Told more lies than the Lord Allows. The seller rendered over 9 Extention to favor me 3 to Kelly M. Who refused to send Loan Certificate Contact information basic, so did the Agent.

3 Weeks later February 2016 Mark Bowen calls stating the Loan Processor attempted to contact me several times. Which was a lie. I text the Loan Processor whom was in another state. What happens next? The loan processor states many of the needed documents are missing, HUD inquiry, check stubs, the Estimation. This was not a coincidence Movement Mortgage is relentless in embarrassment office shame.I decided to resubmitted including corporate office and all Movement Mortgage associate another 30 day Extention was rendered by seller. Finally the Loan was approved. Next Mark Bowen claimed the buyer has to correct the taxes, home was rural are which qualify for Closing cost etc. I contacted the Tax Access or by email the fees were reduced and update emailed Mark Bowen and Seller. Seller corrected not good enough for Mark Bowen, Mark Bowen failed to submitted proper Documents,than listed the buyer is to conduct repairs a resubmit of estimated repairs was sent to the department. 30 more Days was rendered In Extention. Wow again. Mark Bowen refused to answer after the Agent filed a complaint with the State Office of Finance institution last step was the closing office Mark Bowen continue to play games, no appointment needed the seller Withdrawal the contract after 6 months of waiting. The home was sold from cash.Movement Mortgage ruined my opportunity in becoming a home owner. I was accused of Having a previous Forclosure, not having money to close which was not the case. My bank statement shows $5,000 was available, I was accused of subitting a false claim,to I already owned a home, my credit score was low so many different lies. Between Mark Bowen and Kelly M. Mark Bowen wanted me to have at least $7,000 in closing refused to render First time home buyers and other credit. Promised to render $1,200 in closing yet had no real intention's on closing.

After months of communicating with Regional Manager, Legal Department out side agencies this company really needed me over. For what who was all this over? Why me? This was the worst for me and still is. I hope other home buyers learn to do your homework before applying for a loan walk into the facility ND ask question first. Never Use Movement Mortgage your situation may be worst Still Searching and Standing
