Joshua, I am not a victim of WWR or MS, but this does not mean I can talk about the two companies and any other scamemrs mentioned on this website (and there are SOOOO many of them). Nothing I've said is false. In fact, I thought I just cleard up that your company was not connected to Moving Star, another mover with complaints for scamming, and two other unlicensed movers. I helped you there. Lord knows why. I am familiar with scam movers, and do all I can to help other people be aware of the situation and arm them with information they can use to help themselves. This is an open website where people air greivances about their dealings with companies. There are well-known companies with complaitns, and tehre are "mom and pop" companies with complaints. It's all about the First Amendment. But for you to continuously claim that your company has done nothing wrong is unfathomable. Yes, technically you have not stolen anyone's belongings. But only because movers cannot be considered to "steal" somthing unless a person can PROVE one individual has taken an item. A load dissappearing for great lengths of time is not theft. So yes, you have not stolen anything. What I continue to say is that your company has a history of complaints, not just on this website. Customers are allowed to complain, and it is your job to make it right. Claiming understaffing is not an excuse, you should have hired more people or taken on less jobs. You should have contacted each of these complainers individually AT THE TIME OF THEIR COMPLAINT. Doing something now, four months after the move began, does not help them. Do you deny that you are located in Israel? I noticed you dodged that accusation. Your email server (for [email protected]) is 212.179.58.249, which is located in Tel Aviv. How do you plan on heping people through emails and VERY long-distance phone calls? So why don't you quit responding to me, it's a lost cause and I will only continue to rebut your statements, and go and ge your customer's loads to them. Oh, and make sure your insurance policy is renewed after March 12.

Dear Sharon, Please answer the questions that we asked? who's customer do you belong too? MS or WWR, it seams your posting on both companies. Now maybe you havent paid attention to the many posts that are up on the site: read them, they are in very basic format, we are accumulating information about customers that potentially have not got any services and need a refund or locate the cargo because of logitic failure. We are doing our best to try to get this information to the customers if any are out their. Please Sharon, read the posting carefully, all the customer compliants are meritless, MS never stole cargo and is not in the storage business it was in the shipping business. If you have a cliam then file it with us at: [email protected] No one is blaming the customers for our failures but posting on the site that we seldom pay vendors but do so only to continue the scam is not true. Indeed thier is no one to govern what is posted on this website and anyone can write anything, but we can prove all our cliams black on white, can you or Kamilla prove otherwise? We understand that customers gave us their worldly belongings, we never stole it, maybe bad logistics but not theives. Volume was always 100% accurate being that it was reported by a 3rd party vendor that is actually the ocean shipper. Sharon its time that you either file your compliant or stop posting wrong information.

Cindy, I am certainly not defending Moving Services in ANY way, but you've listed several movers that are separate entities with similar names. The Moving Services with all the complaints here recently is the one in North Miami Beach, with a license record visible here: http://li-public.fmcsa.dot.gov/LIVIEW/pkg_carrquery.prc_getdetail?pv_apcant_id=329126&pv_vpath=LIVIEW Each of the other movers are a different company, and have their own bad records. It is a trick of a scammer to pick a generic, popular name so customers are not immediately aware of the bad reputation. You can search the records of each of the other companies by looking at their licenses at the top right of Moving Services FMCSA report. Moving Services Group, Plantation- MC442721 Moving Services, Inc, Tuscon- MC246630 The other two are houses, the Cinncinnati address being an answering service. The mover do not have their own licenses, but this does not prove they are related to Moving Services of Miami. That being said, I'm sure many, many victims of Moving Services of Miami will be pleased with the addresses you have posted to file complaints with, if they haven't sent theirs in already. I am amazed that each and every victim of Moving Services has to listen to Joshua blame the victim, that it was all out of MS's control. He should just take responsibility for his company's failures and do something about it. At least until the FBI gets the extradition orders written up.
