I started out renting from this company, the house I was in turned out being in foreclosure, and the owner claimed he knew nothing about it. Now I was paying $1200.00 a month. I was never told the home was apart of a gun fight. I was then moved to another home, which I really didn't like, but I had to move my family. This house, had birds that kept getting into the chimney, and it took maintenance several days to fix problems. Well, needless to say, I moved out of there properties and sued the owner and company. I won my case, for my refund of $3000.00, however be has never paid. I want my money. Signed, upset.
