Mr A J Tupman ripoff sold faulty video, then sent abusive e mail when negative feedback reported dishonest ripoffs Oldham, Lancs internet
I ordered a classic video Brighton Rock via e bay, won the auction and sent off a cheque for the amount, on return the video was unwatchable very poor sound and picture, no copying warnings or ads before film started could easily have been a copied video, reported him via negative feedback and sent him an e mail. I received an abusive e mail calling me stupid because of negative feedback, and have had abusive and threatening e mails since, no apology, no offer of replacement or money back.
I am not worried about the money or replacement, but this man said he got his videos from a warehouse he had been using for a long time, suspect he has some kind of video business on the go
selling bad videos via the internet, would have liked an apology at least, warning to future buyers, be very wary of this man and his videos!!!!
