Mr. Beams Lighting A Ghost Company Internet
I ordered a light from this company, and rec,d it. I have a problem with it, so I call for help. The call is answered by a auto answer , and it passes you to the voice mail of a female, that says, in a recording, that you need to leave your phone number.
The voice says, "Leave you number, and I will return your call in 24 to 48 hours". I call back and push zero for the operator , to be connected to some "LIVE" person, the call is answered my the SAME recording and voice, saying the same comments, that the other first recording did.
Sure sounds like a REAL Mickey Mouse operation. I need help with the light I just rec'd from this "Shell Operation". ( Lack of a better word ).
So order at your own risk, and cross you fingers for not needing help.
