MrWireless Ripped my son of real bac Abington Pennsylvania
My son bought a cell phone from Mr, Wireless. He bought it December 26.
We did not receive the phone until January 4. The phone stopped charging after two weeks. We took it to our local store and they said that the charger that was given to us was no good and that the phone was not new it was a used phone. We sent the phone back on February 17th to be fixed.
I called three weeks later and they still had not sent out the phone to be repaired. They said they do not repair inhouse. i told them that I needed the phone back before March. They said they couldnt promise me that. So I told them that I would like a refrund. They told me that the 90 days were up. In fact it wasnt even 90 days. I told them that when we got the phone, there was no warranty card. They said that there warranty is to fix the phone for free. Meanwhile, I had called Samsung and they told me that the serial number on the phone was over two years old. But it was listed as new still in the box. So after fighting with them for 3 months, I called my credit card company to reverse the charges back to me. They sent me from Paypal that we never returned the phone. Stupid idiots. We found the UPS bill of laden and it was sent to the company and even sgned. So I am waiting to hear back to see if I will get my 143.00 back. Please do not do business with mrwireless. They take your money and run with it. Please listen to me.
