MSN - The Microsoft Corporation Ripoff! Their techs are trained to lie to you & they can't keep track of records! Redmond Washington
The MSN 8 and 8.5 software has been breaking down for almost a year. Every time it does, they make me fix it myself! Their techs have lied to me repeatedly, saying that after this time it will finally be fixed for good. They have strung me along all this time and been rude and unresponsive and irresponsible all the while. Every time I contact support, even though I give them the latest report ticket number, they don't even know who I am or what has been happening! This just outrageous.
On top of everything else, they are rude and act as though they get away with this all the time, and don't care. This behavior must be stopped! I have made complaints to their local Better Business Bureau in Washington state. And, I am in the process of letting everyone know about MSN and their foul deeds and irresponsible behavior. Now, I am having trouble finding a decent ISP to switch to. They all seem to be just as bad. Any recomendations?
