Municipal Training Center ripoff certified nursing aide training fraud Brooklyn New York
I found an advert in the new york post or daily news advertising training of individuals for sertified nursing aide programs. I proceeded to the school to register.
On getting there I was directed to see Ms G. Jones the admission counsellor. After the counselling, I was asked to enroll for the 1 month programme which was billed to start on 9/19/05 for which I asked for an extension till 10/5/05 for which I was granted.
She later took me to the bursar and had me pay $100 advance fee for tuition. I was offered a signed enrollment agreement form, computer generated receipt, school receipt and Ms Jones gave me her business card.
On the day I was supposed to start my class I arrived there only to find out that the doors were locked without further correspondence. I have tried severally to reach someone on phone without success.
Incidentally this school is in the same building with 911 guards who also ripped me off.
