Mike eby, the source is a customer that was not treated fairly. He agreed with eric that he would buy the truck if murdock would fix the repair on the truck. Murdock never fixed it and didnt keep the part of the deal. Yes it was not in writing but multiple people knew about it and cort still would not honor it. But what can you expect from cort murdock, he would tell us to tell customers lies like if someone was looking at a car we would have to say to them that someone else is looking at it and but there check bounced and they will be back in a couple of days. He would have us say things to make people panic and buy out of fear of losing a good deal. Yes we sell alot of cars but that does not mean it is honest. Just look where that got Cort, he is not the GM of Murdock anymore. Ex employee of Murdock of Logan

I work for Murdock of Logan as a sales person and have for some time. I was there the day, this customer came in and demanded that his vehicle be fixed or else! (Or else what?) The customer was angry and started raising his voice. It made it very uneasy and uncomfortable for everyone in the store. I want everyone who read the complaint to consider three things. Then you can judge for yourself and believe what you want. 1) This customer purchased a high mileage vehicle without a warranty. He knew the risks he was taking...... We try to stand behind every vehicle sold and usually go over and beyond the call of duty, but this man would not accept anything but what was unreasonable! 2) We sell THOUSANDS of cars a year, and have been doing so for many years. We didn't get to where we are by treating people poorly but by taking care of their needs. And... 3) Cort Murdock is the epitome of integrity and honesty. I have worked with him and seen him deal with customers who were less than happy about their purchase. He is fair and an excellent employer. If there were promises made to the customer from Cort, he would have honored them. What probably happened, is there may have been some promises made between the salesman and the customer. Promises that were not discussed with Cort before the deal was signed. Please consider the source of this complaint before making a judgement against Cort Murdock or the Murdock Motor Group.

I would sent a copy of the recording to: Kent Murdock % Murdock Chevrolet 2375 So. 625 West Woods Cross Ut. 84087 I'm sure Kent will be very interested to hear how his son is running his reputation into the ground.
