MWI Essentials, MemberWorks ripoff fraud business Hartford Connecticut
I was ripped-off to the tune of $96.00 when I ordered some knives from an infomercial. I didn't know it until I checked my online banking and there it was, MWI Essentials for $96.00.
I had not authorized any charges from that company and asside from getting hit with the $96.00, it also caused an insufficient funds charge of $32.00 which I can't afford.
The sales people who you have to talk to when ordering merchandise can't speak good English and they try to talk as fast as they can to deceive you and get you to answer to anything. By the time they get through with your order, hell, you may have answered yes to anything just to get rid of them. It's like how many times do I have to say "NO"?
I called the company and they are supposed to cancel my membership and my money should be credited to my account in the next 2 billings, whenever that is. They can take it out fast, but it takes forever for you to get your money back.. THEY SUCK!
