Still have no idea who these people are, who this company is, or how they got my debit card numbers.

Went to cash our (small) paycheck for groceries, and they told me our account was overdrawn. I said, "What!" went in, and found this company had charged $139.95 to our account. Of course, we didn't have that much extra money and we now have nearly $400 in overdraft charges.

I called the number there and canceled whatever service they do (they still didn't tell me, though I explained I have no idea who they are and never authorized this). But then the man (Greg #427) transferred off and I got another recording, to change the cancelation, call 1-866-993-9663. Both of these were on my cell phone (which I'll have to pay for) -- but I couldn't let this wait.

This time they were more helpful -- the agent said they would put the money in my account within a week. I said, "What about all the overdraft fees?" He passed me on to his supervisor (who was also very helpful). The supervisor (Stephanie, #7442) told me to fax a copy of the statement showing their deduction and all overdraft charges and fees, with my name, address, phone number, and membership # (which he gave me) on it, to their fax (402-661-2189).

All this happened on Monday. It is now Wednesday; I had to wait until all the checks, etc. that I had out cleared before I could fax the statement to them, which I will be doing today, so that they can pay for all the overdraft fees. I also had to borrow $500 of our pay (2 weeks' worth) to deposit to cover all the overdraft fees and get a positive balance so that I can pay the bills that I was planning to pay with this week's check -- they need to be payed now and can't wait several weeks until this is straightened out.

This has caused my husband and I a lot of stress, tension, and headaches; I spent over an hour in the bank on Monday, getting statements, talking on the phone, reviewing the overdraft charges with the bank manager; and it made me late for a doctor's appointment on Monday, and because of all this, I didn't have time to do the grocery shopping on Monday and had to use more gas in the van on Tuesday to go into the city and do the grocery shopping, plus having to go in today to get the statement and fax it out.

Besides all that, the whole issue of someone getting our credit card number (our bank debit card functions like a credit card) and using it is VERY unsettling. When I called my husband on Monday and told him, he did a search for their website -- and when he told me that he got a whole list of Rip Off Reports, I was shocked. If there are all these reports, how can this company still be out there doing business???

If there's a lawsuit that I can join against them, I WILL. It may not show because I don't swear, but I am FURIOUS with ... whoever these people are!
