I check my credit report via Equifax and they were advertising My Salute Card. I applied and received a credit line of $60.  Later they increased my credit to $120 with out notice.  I made all payment on time and 6 months after opening card, Salute closed my acct.  Before they closed my acct, there were no Maintenance fees and since they closed the acct, they are been hitting me with maintenance fees.  I always made my payment online from the same bank acct.  After they closed my acct and I made my next payment.  They claimed the transaction did not go through and that I would be charged a late fee along with the maintenance fee.  I have been fighting with Salute Card for a year and now they say I owe them $400 plus. There customer service barely speaks English and it is very hard to understand them.  I am going to file a civil suite in Houston, TX.  I will also ask the courts to band My Salute Card in Texas.  After reading all the compliant on Rip-off Reports, I feel that they should be shut down and consumers unwanted debt should be voided.  I will spread the news about how the are ripping consumers off via sending out daily emails to as many email address I can come up with.  I am asking others that have been ripped off by My Salute Card to do the same.  Maybe Atlanta, GA Attorney General will finally show some backbone and do some thing about My Salute Card.com and go after the Equifax for assisting them.
