Beware of My Shower Door! Takes money and never orders glass...
This company provided a proposal, accepted my payment, and told me they would be ordering a custom glass piece for my shower. About eight weeks later I called and I was told it was still on order… Spoke to a man by the name of Claud, he told me he was sure my glass was on order. I am insisted that I wanted an update from the owner. The next day the salesman Patrick called me back, he previously ignored five email and text messages… Patrick advise me that they weren't able to get the glass that I need for my shower… It would've been nice if they would've told me 16 weeks prior so I could have contacted another company who desired my money in my business. This is absolutely terrible business to deal with. I feel it was though that they used my money for 16 weeks and stalled me continuously and now that my renovation project is done I have no glass in my master shower… As of the date I still don't even have my money returned it… Again please do not deal with this unreputable organization my shower door is terrible. Keith, the owner would never call me back… He only had his salesman called me to inform me of this even asking to speak with Keith repetitively.
I have done over 12 renovations in the past 20 years and I will guarantee you that this is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Horrific. Beware…
