Complaint Review: MyBeatShop.com Jeff Jeffason Ortiz - Camarillo California

Hello, You made a post on 8/25/2008 to another complaint website, and I responded to you. You never replied back. Then, you post your complaint here on 8/29/2008 at 1am, and all I can ask is why. You also included many of my personal details which is against this site's Terms of Service. I really do not appreciate that very much. The funny thing, is that if you actually have an issue, all of these complaints are accomplishing nothing for you in getting your beat faster, since I cannot find your order at all, and you haven't responded. I am not sure if that is obvious or not. You should be emailing customer service. Why do you not do that? Before we begin, let me tell you that I have literally put my blood, sweat, and tears into this website since August 2006. Offering the lowest commissions and best customer service of any non-subscription music licensing website is NOT easy, but it did make us the best, and there are many happy folks out there. Additionally, I created this website because as a music producer I was selling music online but people were not paying me. Others had the same issue. This is why I made the site, so that producers could honestly get paid for their music and obviously so vocalists, mc's, and other media people could access the music. We do have the best delivery system on the market. That is for sure. Sir, I have scoured my records for DAYS and cannot find Jhonson Richard or Richard Jhonson from Boca Raton, or any combination of those details. I have never received an email from a Jhonson Richard. I even looked in the white pages for a Jhonson Richard from Boca Raton and that proved nothing. I have searched my payment processor's account history and could not find any order with the last name or first name Jhonson. I really wish I did, at least I could make sense of all this. At the moment none of this makes sense to me. As of now, I have processed over 12,000 orders, sent producers over $260,000 in payments, and over 6000 registered producers, and over 17,000 beats. I send checks to Germany, beats to Canada, and am doing business all over the world. We have an active forum community. In over two years of doing business I have received many praises. I have producers on here who have sold beats for Mary J Blige, 50 Cent, Wu Tang, and other Gold, Platinum, and Multi Platinum records, and actually way too many artists to list here. This is all based on trust and integrity. It would be impossible for me to be a fraud. If you are doing business with an online company, please do not use the fact we are only providing email support right now as a complaint. We deliver products to email addresses so you must have an email anyways to do business with us. My webhosting company does not let me call them, but I dont post about it on complaint websites. Especially since we provide all our contact details up front, there should have been no surprises. We used to have phone support, but its currently not working. Hopefully by the end of the year we can open up phone support again. But, maybe not. If anything, I hope that the time I am taking to respond to your report calms the nerves of someone out there. I really feel quite depressed about this whole situation. I am both sorry that if you are really a customer you did not get your beats and also that sometimes in this world it seems like you work so hard for nothing. Forever will my name be slandered online because rip off report does not remove these postings for some altruistic reason, even if these postings are fraudulent. I really don't know why you are the only person who found it impossible to get help and had to report me on two separate websites.
