Mypetdrugstore.com - MY PET DRUG STORE ~ SCAM ARTISTS ~ CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND SHIP YOU NOTHING Internet
I placed an order from My Pet Drug Store.com two weeks ago on line. The item I was ordering was not shown to need a prescription. I supplied my credit card information to complete the order and never heard back and did not receive my dogs medicine. When I called to inquire what the status of the order was five days later, I was told I needed a prescription.
I had my vet fax it to My Pet Drug Store. com the same day. I still received nothing, except a $235 charge on my credit card.When I called again I was told the order was shipped on a Sat., which I found strange, and no tracking number could be provided.When I still did not receive it, I called once more and was told the order was shipped on a Tues. and I should have it by Fri.Fri. came and went and still no medicine that my dog needs.
I finally called and told them to either overnight me the medicine, with a tracking number, or issue me a credit.
They said they would do neither.So now I am left with disputing this charge thru my credit card company.
What a rip off.Don't do business with unethical places like this. The few dollars you may save is NOT worth the hassle.
