Funny how 3 rebuttals in one day and 2 the next... Not sure what happened? Read the report! I did not and have not been paid for calls I took! My account that still had money in it deleted! Gary is a fraud, a liar, and clearly likes to leave positive comments about his own site. Requesting a payment in December 2012, still not paid in July 2013. THAT IS A SCAM! Anyone who reads the comments Gary wrote all in the same days and all with the same grammar, will know he is just trying to prove his sham of a company is a huge rip off! If I had been paid I would have never looked further in to this filthy company to find all the underage operators and pedophile customers that Gary allows on his " legit " site. Gary also threatened me in email about this report saying if I take it down he will then pay me! I have copies of all the payment requests... Screen shots of all the illegal activity on his site... Oh and other operators that have the same. So Gary work on paying your employees and taking the illegal content off your site. I have emailed Fox, NBC, and ABC the screen shots and emails. Gary ripped me off! That is why is report is here. I am glad all of you people who left comments on the same days all have great experiences on the site... I didn't and would never return to that site even if he paid me double. Still not solved... Good luck girls.

I was alerted to this during a Google search and had to post my experience...
While I am not sure what happened during the original issue I can say that my experience with MPS has been very good. I have always been paid and their services are extremely good.
I work with a small group of providers and we all have accounts on MPS and some of the other platforms. I have been in this industry for 6+ years so I'm a pretty good judge of a quality platform.
MyPhoneSite.com is not a scam, if they were I certainly would not be there nor would all the other people that are listed on their site.

Been with them since 2011.. Never had a problem receiving calls or getting paid.
There have been a lot of changes over the last 2 years and its been all good. I have accounts on other sites as well and if they didn't pay me I wouldn't be here defending them.
My experience has been positive and I'm sticking with them. Even the owner responds to emails directly and tries to help out.
They are not a scam.

I have been working with MPS since Feb 2012 and never had a problem getting paid or had any issues with my site or content.
Back when I started they were just beginning and growing quickly. Back then it is true that you could post almost anything, but since then they have banned certain keywords and review all accounts.
In my opinion they have done a great job of cleaning up the network and improving their services.
They upgrade their list of features almost every month, respond to emails and tickets, and I have started to make a lot of money.
They are not a scam!

I don't know what all the fuss is about concerning the original poster. I can only tell from my experience (1 year).
I have NEVER had any problems with MPS, other then the initial learning curve as their platform is much more advanced then most.
Once I learned the system I have received a lot of calls and has no problems getting paid or support. They don't offer phone support 24/7, but they respond pretty quickly to email and tickets.
Like I said i can only comment on my personal experience and those of my freinds, and in my opinion MPS is NOT A SCAM!

I have been working on MyPhoneSite.com and never had a problem with receiving payment.
When I first started working on MPS there was a lot of stuff that people did, but this was all posted by the users on the network, no MPS itself.
Since then you cannot even post certain words, even though it is all fantasy discussion.
I think you may be judging MPS a little too hard. They just started last year and have been improving everything they do since then.
I have not had any problems and intend to keep working with them.
They are not a scam!

I sent "Gary" an email saying "ATTENTION GARY" as he requested in order to fix the payment issue. Then it was endless back and forth emails of him blaming me for not being paid. Saying it was on my end that payoneer denied my payment. Then saying to stop leaving reviews or take them down then you will be paid. I sent pictures of the content that is against laws and moral of every country I have ever heard of. I was told that Canadian people do not know what free speech is and that in America it is ok to talk about whatever you want. So needless to say no payment, and told that Americans can talk about pedophile fantasies as long as they are adults. Here are a few of the emails he sent to me regarding this issue.

Stating publicly that we host illegal content is a pretty serious issue.

Gary have contacted you directly numerous times regarding my payment, you are the one that had me sign up for payoneer, you are also the one who put me in touch with the person who strung me along with "the check is in the mail". You have done nothing to solve this issue nor have you responded to emails or calls directed to you about this matter. As for the content on your site... There are no rules for what girls advertise. The underage play operators still have their listings up. I will post the screen shots of all the emails and of my mps bank so you can see that YES this is the case! You did not pay me!

If there are missing payments please contact our support email and add 'Attention Gary'. I will be happy to review and follow up with any missing funds if we find that this is the case.
Regarding the content.. During our initial launch we allowed for an open platform and all content and profiles were published by the users. This is similar to any other social network in which you have thousands of users generating and managing their own content.
Over time we did find users pushing the limits of fantasy topics and this became an issue. At the time we were relying on the online community to assist in reporting non-compliant profiles. However as the network grew faster than we expected it became clear that we had to make some major changes to our review and compliance rules.
Therefore we developed a very advanced compliance and monitoring tool that allowed us the ability to banned certain keywords and review all accounts prior to appearing live. This may sound simple at first, but keep in mind that we have thousands of users and this can make the process of policing the entire network rather difficult.
We do believe in the right to free speech within the law. And by definition this protects unpopular speech. What two consenting adults discuss in the privacy of their homes is not something we feel should be monitored or censored.
However we did become actively involved in ensuring that all content, keywords, and text did not violate any laws and any forbidden terms were removed and the abusing accounts suspended.
It is important to understand that we provide the platform and we allow the users to use their own creativity and entrepreneur spirit to determine how they wish to use the services. Unfortunately some people took this too far and these issues have been dealt with.
Our network has been thoroughly reviewed by several reputable processing companies that require strict compliance. I will admit that we offered too much freedom during the early release of the network. I expected some users to push the limits of free speech, but I did not expect them to completely abuse this right. It was nativity on my part and and it was been addressed and resolved.
