Here are my suggestions: 1. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Buffalo, NY. 2. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. You can do this online or you can call and speak to a Consumer Counselor. 3. File a complaint with the Attorney General's Office of New York. 4. Contact your local consumer protection agency. 5. Contact a credit bureau and inform them of your situation in case Global Living tries to adversely affect your credit history. Be concise and honest with all of your complaints along with your expected outcome.
