Buyer Beware -- If I could rate a ZERO star I would. I call to set an appointment and ask how much for my oil change. The guy seemed new, or at least not very knowledgeable. He didn't know the price and said he'd have someone call me. They called back and said $129. I said ok, I'll see you at my appointment at 9a. When I arrive I was told the oil change was $169. When I said, no I spoke to someone yesterday and they said $129, the guy said, well you spoke to someone in Chicago, not West Palm Beach, FL. I said in that case I'll just drive on, no thanks and be on my way.

They said, let me check. They checked and said, yes, it's $129. The service writer came back after they took my truck and said, your oil change is actually going to be $199. I said forget it and I need to talk to the manager. The manager, Stefan, came out and actually told me he was the one I spoke to yesterday. .... the guy who seemed new or unknowledgeable. He tried giving me a crap story about not going by the quote on the phone because they didn't have my VIN. You don't need a VIN to know what a RAM 1500 Ecodiesel is.

This is a RAM dealership and shop. He held his ground and when I was getting ready to walk out, I said, I'll make sure this will make its way up the ladder. He then said, well, I'll adjust the price this time. He then turned to the service writers and scalded them regarding getting VIN numbers over the phone. The appointment was at 9a, my truck came off the lift at 12:05 pm. 3 hours for an oil change. The service writer said my truck was pushed back an hour. When I got my truck back, the front was covered in grease and oil. NEVER AGAIN. I strongly advise you not even purchase from this place, and if you do, surly don't get your vehicle serviced there. I'm hoping my truck was cared for properly.

Why on earth are you going to a dealership for an oil change??? Not only that, why on earth are you even considering doing business with one of the SLEAZIEST car dealership chains on the planet? Find your self a good independent mechanic and go there! The fraud and deception which goes on daily on the sales floor has now found its way into the service department of most dealerships just like raw sewage runs on a downhill street! Independent shops have better pricing, care about their customers and have more knowledgable mechanics. Dealerships specialize in price gouging and lies. This dealership chain is well known in the business for its bogus fees and many other con-games. Do yourself a huge favor...never, ever again use a dealership "service" department!
