We believe it important to note that not all Court Orders are alike. Many court orders are absolutely legitimate and we make no representations about this court order situation. I spoke to MR. Pasha a few weeks ago and he is charging me an upfront cost of 2495 to help me modify my mortgage. But than I see all of these things online saying that attorneys in california can not charge up front for a loan modification.
I really am confused and i dont know who to trust. From the looks of things he has scammed numerous people but I refuse to be scammed by him. I will be calling him by the end of the week to ask why hes charging me 2400 dollars upfont when he is not supposed to. He did charge my brother in law 2000 to help him modify his mortgage, is that really a law?
I am 66 with a fixed income and i can not afford to loose my home. He also told me not to make my ,mortgage payment so I skipped this month and now i am one month behind...I am so confused and i dont know what to do.......

It's amazing to me how someone can slander someone else so easily nowadays. If these complaints were valid, they would have been reported to the BAR.

The authorities are cracking down hard on "attorneys" like this guy. Check out the California State Bar website as well as the California Attorney General website for instructions on filing a claim. If he was working with any loan modification company (real estate agent, broker, mortgage broker, etc.) you can file a complaint against them as well on the Attorney General's website. The fact that you are over the age of 65 is significant. Check these sites out. They are free and can help you. Here are the links:
