Editor’s Comment: 06/03/2017 -. Ripoff Report believes in transparency and the more information the better. In this instance, there has been court action regarding this subject Report. We believe it important to note that not all Court Orders are alike. Many court orders are absolutely legitimate and we make no representations about this court order situation. I am reporting Nasir Pasha the attorney who has taken my life away from me. He lied to me and my wife 8 months ago and as I see more and more people coming out ,so I decided to say something...this issue just gets me more upset.
I am a truck driver and i haul reefers across the country and I am probably Home Once a month if that.
We fell behind on our mortgage payments and nasir called my wife one day and told her what he can do for us. Of course me never bieng home she handles everything. I Trust My wifes judgement so we went ahead and payed nasir 2300 dollars to help with a modification last year. He always called me in he begining for more documents but once he got my money i never heard back from him not even a call, and chase my bank said they never heard of him.
Apparantly 4 months after..I was at a flying j rest stop and was talking with one of my buddies from indiana that he has scammed too..... well ..well... what a small world. He told me that he now has a website that claims he helps people that got scammed. I called the s****.>

The authorities are cracking down hard on "attorneys" like this guy. Check out the California State Bar website as well as the California Attorney General website for instructions on filing a claim. If he was working with any loan modification company (real estate agent, broker, mortgage broker, etc.) you can file a complaint against them as well on the Attorney General's website. I hired a loan modification company in California to do the modification for my home in Arizona. Long story short and $3000 later, this company had done nothing to help me at all. I spoke to my uncle who recommended that I speak to Nasir Pasha. Mr. Pasha was cordial, caring and wholly accessible to advise me on how to get my money back from these crooks. He did not charge me a dime for this advice and he even took the time to look over several documents for me to give me his opinion. In the end I got ALL my money back, THANKS to NASIR and his experience and expertise. Mr. Pasha seems to me to be a moral, ethical person and has a passion to help others in need.

These reports are fake. None of them have any correlation to what my office actually does.

My firm continuously receives threats for the reporting we do on this website.

wow I googled this guy after a phone conversation four days ago and after he gauranteed he could get get my money back from a company that i delt with for a loan modification, he was gonna charge me 90 dollars an hour. I google his name now and all i see is bad news about him... kinda wondered. I delt with amerimod wich was one of the companies that was shut down about 6 months ago who no longer has a working telephone number and i told him this... and he still gauranteed to get my money back....how is that possible if they are no longer in business???? he asked me for my credit card just today for a down "good faith" payment of 1000 bucks!!! thanks to you guys it stopped me from dealing with this crook, i didnt like the fact that he is from india as well, i would rather deal with an attorney from a known law school in the united states...!! thanks rip off report you saved me!!
