This consumer I will say names to show any form disrespect to you. You know who you are no you don't live in CO either. You have worked effortlessly to post derogatory comments on the internet. I've been in business over four years and haven't had not one problem with a consumer. You cant please everyone and I assume, The Consumer assumes that $174.25 will make someone a millionaire. I spoke with this consumer 2x and responded to over 5 emails. So why try to tarnish my business presence and image by fabricating a STORY! I guess HAPPINESS is the key and MISERY loves COMPANY, but not this business owner. If the consumer had read the Policy clearly it clearly states that order processing can take up to 72 hours and normal shipping will take 7-10 business meaning Monday through Friday. It is evident that Ms. York didn't READ the agreement before she ordered her items. she made her order on a Sunday and was making phone calls and calling by the Tuesday. if you placed your order on March 2, then why would you expect for your order to arrive by the 7th. If it was so important for her to receive her items before the 10 day shipping period, the normal thing to do is PAY for those services. TODAY is the 13th business DAY and she had a PAYPAL claim in since the 14th. Which marks the 10th day. I will not speak about the posting of the all my business information. By the WAY, The phone number and address are incorrect, so keep researching... Wow, we can take the time to research a business, but cant READ a policy before placing an order. That basically SPEAKS and makes a STATEMENT for itself. BEWARE of this buyer ?. A word to the wise, PAYPAL could have handled it because your refund was issued. It TAKES TOO MUCH TIME & ENERGY to focus on this issue. Life is too short and there is too much to give GOD thanks for.
