I purchased Mr. Nathan Kennedys system on April 19, 2011. He promised through an Internet webinar, to train and partner with me on Real Estate deals. He said the course had a 30-day money back guarantee. When I first logged in, the access to login was only to make a person sign up to buy other services (which he may also get paid with affiliation commissions) such as domain names with brainhost and Aweber (an automated responder service).  He says that these services had to be paid for a full year (set on a default page) promising that the training would come after I would pay extra for these services in order for the program to work.

He said that a person had to sign up with these services before any training could be done or I would not get results. He also said that his staff team would give me a full training session to start the training, but when I talked to two of his team members, they both said I had to first be trained on the program or they could not assist me. I was never able to log into his trainingonly to the pages where he was selling more products. He gives you a login user name and password just to sell more services and no training or materials are supplied for what he promises with the $297.00 that he collects upfront.

I have sent many emails complaining that I was not able to login for the training nor had I received any materials. I requested a full refund a week before the 30 days were up, which was in compliance with his return policy that was disclosed during his webinar. When I requested a refund, he said that I was not qualified for a refund because his return policy was for only 5 days. I NEVER saw this alleged five-day return policy, nor did he ever disclosed it during the webinar or at any time when he was selling the product.  How can anyone try a course in 5 days when it takes weeks for them to respond to complaints or to  requests for help? I was NEVER able to download or receive any training at all! This is very deceiving.

After many months, I tried again to get the materials since he kept my money, but he completely ignored my emails. I have nothing to show from this man for him to keep my $297.00. We need to stop this man from deceiving people! I am investigating this matter further to protect the public from becoming victims of this man and his company.
