Ripoff report will still not remove this report even with a judges order. So no we have to sue them and get a order for them as well. Not a stand up company.

Nathan is a nice guy but he hires people who have NO CLUE what they are doing and are more than likely druggies and convicts. None of them are certified.

I do not understand what is so hard about hiring straight edge people who went to school to be a mechanic when you are trying to run a auto repair and maintenance shop. You are giving yourself a bad reputation. My word of advice is to fire every one of those idiots that are not certified and give them a parting gift.. A college application. Then hire some people who know what the hell they are doing.

Ill keep this simple. Why if what these disgruntled ex employees is true... do they not post their name?  If you are not a liar or a fake just mad at a company for not keeping you on when you cant do the job, just post your name? Or is their something to hide like drug abuse? criminal record? Being fired for theft at my store or others maybe? Are you the pedophile I fired? I guess we will never know because coward write and hide.

I can post whatever I want to on the internet and that does not make it true.

I Nathan can fly without wings and I am worth 17 billion dollars and can make candy out of rocks that fly with me. None of this is true but it will still be posted. You know why cause its the internet and unfortunately any degenerate liar can post what ever they want.

Sometimes people have to be sued to realize you cant make stuff up and slander them with no real grounds to do so. Being unable to hold a job with me is not valid or legal enough to make up stories to make them look better. So I guess let the lawsuits continue. I found a cracker jack atty in Arizona that said he would be happy to make sure these lies are brought  to lite in court. I wonder the reason they are not suing me? Maybe because in court they have no proof of these ridiculous stories. I however have iron clad proof they are liars and drug addicts and they lied to me when I hired them. And I will soon prove in court, not the internet, that lies to defame someone without truth is called slander. And yes they make laws about that to protect people from slander.

I once worked for Nathan years ago when he was in Maine. His company was called performance Auto Diesel. A few years later it got changed to Performance Equity. Another few years passed and he closed up shop and moved to Florida. He then opened his shop in Florida and I lost track of him. Frankly I don't think too much of him but he did have one thing right in his rebuttal. His hiring process was terrible and resulted in some "mechanics" coming to work with nothing but a hammer and tackle box of tools. All I can say is thank god most of those monkeys only lasted a couple of weeks if they were lucky. Moving on to another point, the initial report stated that he used Wal-Marts cheap oil. That was true for us in Maine.

That being said oil is oil and going to the lowest priced on an oil change, you get what you pay for. I was surprised that we never used recycled oil. But the complaint was correct in stating that the policy was to tell the customers that it wasn't cheap oil it was halvoline or Pennzoil. We were told that we had check vehicles out and find problems with them. This is actually his business model by the way, you bring in the car. Look it over. If nothing is extremely bad recommend fluid services, tune ups and struts based on mileage. Which is how many of his competitors did business anyway. But he always pushed the sales angle and many times he or the managers would threaten to fire guys if they couldn't sell work on cars. He didn't seem to care about good techs, he just wanted salesmen. I say this because he fired a tech that was phenomenal because he thought the tech should sell more air filters then head gasket jobs.

It makes good business sense to fire the guy who fixes real problems and replace him with some fool who can barely change oil because he can bulls*** his way through sales. One of the guys showed me his Christmas bonus once. It
was a joke; he put a coupon in the pay envelope for a free McDonalds breakfast sandwich. He's not much of a man because a real man would have at least personally come down and talked to the guys about why things were such that he gave them coupons for a Christmas bonus. He always claimed that his shops had ASE certified techs working on the cars. That was bull. The shop had only one or two certified techs and most of the ASE certifications were expired ones issued to Nathan Reardon. So at least he knew what he was doing. Moving on to his prices. Most business do a markup on parts purchased at the part store that are re-sold to the customer for their vehicle. Most do a thirty to fifty percent
mark up on these parts. Nathans policy was 100% mark up on all parts sold from the $200 fuel pump to the $2 package of bolts to the $60 battery. The price on these parts was doubled and then sold to the customer. So the fuel pump that
cost him $200 cost the customer $400 for just the pump then he got flat rate on his labor which means the customer paid for two hours labor even if the tech changed the pump in thirty minutes. That was a little excessive but he got it
most of the time because he would have us intimidate people into getting the repairs done by informing them of the "truth" that their bad wheel bearing could kill them. Which in theory is true but he would tell us to stress the idea so they would feel pressure to have it repaired immediately at our garage.

Anyway most of the calls received at the shop were bill collectors that were after him for money or people who got better deals elsewhere complaining that he was overcharging them. He always said he was going to get a settlement from his accident. But he seemed to move around well for a guy who got messed up. He eventually lost the lawsuit. He left for Florida and apparently he hasn't changed. If you look at his responses to complaints, he is very angry and
bitter. People have complained about him but as you can see he is very litigious.

He often threatened people with lawsuits for slander. You could argue that he just wants to protect his good name but the violence in the language that he fires back at people is just as slanderous as the language they use to describe
him. Ironic huh? He's a sad little man trying to play the adult but coming off like a whiny child. Karma has finally bit him in the a*s though. Last summer he and his father got inedited on charges of failure to collect and pay taxes on his business dealing in Maine. And just so the readers can verify the truth search for Nathan Reardon Tax and the story will appear. Lie your way out of that Nathan.

I have a certified letter reciept on his payroll he said he never got paid. Also the reciept with the money order he got paid with and proof it was cashed. And we also have proof on the oil we use it is semi synthetic and is a good oil. We do oil changes for 19.99 so its not 7 dollar a quart premium oil but it is good quality and you can upgrade if you choose to. No one tells you its premium and if we didfor $19.99 I think you would know we were lying.... unless your a drunk maybee? I have found that customers got angry with Seth only because he lack social graces and tact from being a raging alcoholic. As for me and my other staff we dont have to deal with angry customers because we dont do things to make them angry.

Last time i checked all garages look for problems with vehicles and advise customers of it. I guess our misguided drunk here thinks it would be wise to not advise a customer there brakes are going to fail or the oil leak will catch on fire. Acooding to his under educated comment we should not advise customers of such issues because it makes us scammers?

So if you doctor tells you that you have high blood pressure and you need meds is he a scammer as well? really Seth you need to go to rehab AGAIN and get your life in order. Learn some personal hygene and how to speak to people. Also if you do want to become a mechanic for a living you should go to school and get trained so you dont make it unsafe for those u worked on there cars. Thank God you were here short term and I saw your lack of skill early. It only cost me a few hundered in damages you did to cars with your total lack of mechanical qualifications.

I really hope you find the help you need before you hit rock bottom and kill yourself or someone elses child while driving drunk. Constantly breaking the laws is not a good thing and your traveling a dangerous path that ends badly. Please stop drinking and driving and stop making it an unsafe workplace for those who can stay sober. Make it easier on employers so they dont have to constantly fire you. You were out of work for 9 months before you came here and wasted my time and money. Get into rehaband stop your unfounded rants against honest businessmen that tried to give you a shot and you blew it.... again.

The only sucker here was me for hiring such a bottom feeder with no qualifications. I need to be more dilligent on my pre-screening. Obviously.

As anyone can see check this individuals record. He is a raging alcoholic and I fired him because he said he was a technician but proved many times he has no idea what he is doing. After multiple combacks he left for lunch and got arrested by the palm beach sherriffs offics for dui (again). He said he had a suspended liscence but left out the fact that he was drinking on lunch and that was what he was arrested for. He is getting everything in his life repossesed because he cant pay his bills because he is an alcoholic.

He has no freinds and his wife is leaving him very soon. He has nothing but failed jobs and relationships and cant blame anyone BUT himself. He called OSHA about all of his "CLAIMS" but OSHA checked it out and found out he is a liar. I have an alignment machine and seth used it so not sure why he is going to continue to lie about things he knows are false.

This final straw was he called me at my house and said he had diareaha and had messed his pants and had to go home to change ( similar to a 3 year old ) and he was over 2 hours gone. Suprise suprise he was drunk... AGAIN... ( i know it seems a bit redundant)

He drinks himself into a stuper and then wanders around accusing everyone else and blaming them for his own issues created by himself. Quite sad really. To have addictions control your life so badly you lose it all.... including respect and reputation.

Check the facts plain and simple. Look at his record and really look at mine( not slander on the internet with no proof to back it up ). I have been in business for over 12 years. I have proof against all the trash he choses to sling to try and take the limelight off of his failures and my sucess. Its a sad Day for Seth Lopato.
