National Action Finanicial Services, Inc. Heidi called from the organization of this company and passed me to the manager, Mr. Newman, who was unethical and unprofessional... Which Heidi stated, that she was sorry to pass you to that person and for making unethical, unprofessional statements calling me a homosexual, "saying I was with my "boyfriend" and telling me at first the we people in Texas are very slow people,I told them I Recorded Williamsville New York
Heidi called from this agency to respond to a message I left inquiring a Debt from this scam place and gave me to a man, called the manager holding this acct. by the name of Mr. Newman, was very unethical, unprofessional, saying that people in Texas were slow and he understood my problem, and I told him that I was staying with this guy during that time in 2004 and he was quick to say "O your boyfriend, I see... Which implied I was a homosexual... which made me so angry that I told him that I was recording this, and I was taking this to a lawyer, then he hung up...
I proceed to call back on a 1800-697-4585, which I talk to a lady, who transferred me back to the lady that called me in the begining, which was Heidi #2896.... Which I told her, that it was unethical and unprofessional with the man, she transferred me too and she stated that she knows, that she was listening on the other line...and it was very wrong what he did and she apologized... From making that error they had sent me a bill of $4118.34 saying she would drop it to $1,236.70, or if I could take care of it now it would be a flat fee fo $800.00... What is that all about...
I am very much wanting this mans head on a platter, tho I didnt record them, but by her stating that she listen to what he was telling me.... I want them to know that I was recording them, for the man, got real scarred and hung up on me... For Heidi, she was ethical and very professional in her job, but that man she handed the phone too, made me go into a panic attack and go back on my anti anxiety pills, which I have been off for along time... I won my case with Disability with Multiple Sclerosis....
I am a Radiologic Technologist, BSN, and work as a polysonographer before my last exhascerbation... But this man, needs to be taught phone ethic and I find them to be more of a scam, now that I figure that no one should be put, through such humility.... Please, I need your help, your consuel....
