National Parts LLC HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Jacksonville Florida
Sent Ford GEM unit which they said they could repair. Once they received my original unit, their story changed and they claimed was not repairable. I specifically asked them during my initial calls if they were able to repair it. They assured me they could. I was charged $80 diagnostic fee and an additional $97 repair fee. They tried to upsell me on a $300 replacement rather than repair mine for $97.00. Not liking this bait and switch tactic, I requested my original GEM to be returned along with the repair fee of $97.00 which was never done. It has been 3 weeks now and I am only able to leave voice mail messages. Apparently no one works at this company and wants to deal with customers. BEWARE!!!!! They are a SCAM!!!
