Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This is the worst CD Replication company I've ever dealt with. First, they took several days to respond after I placed my order. Second, after I had submitted my artwork, they told me that I used the WRONG template, and had to pay them to re-do it. I used the template that they had posted on THEIR website. This resulted in several days of them not doing anything to forward my project, and them refusing to fix it. Then, they changed my order and tried to force me to order a different product than I had originally ordered. Also, I had mailed (overnight) my audio CD to them to use. They refused to admit that it was delivered for about 5 days, despite my having proof through the tracking number. After this, I demanded to speak to the customer service person's boss. They refused. I demanded the owner's contact info. They refused. They sent me to another sales person who also refused to let me contact Shelly's boss or the owner of the company. I had paid EXTRA for them to have my project ready in 14 days (most companies' STANDARD project time is 13 days). When they finally did ship the product, they didn't notify me it had been shipped. When it arrived, I opened the product to find extremely shoddy workmanship - the packaging wasn't glued properly, and all of the pieces were coming apart so that the CD package would eventually fall apart into a single flat piece of paper. Also, the packaging itself is extremely cheap quality, the level of which I've never seen in my life up until this point. To top it off, the entire package (artwork) was enveloped by a green color, ruining the art. I informed the company of this, and what did they do? Nothing. Told me they would "send someone to pick up the product, ship it back, let them inspect it to 'decide' whether they felt it was bad work, then MAYBE refund my money". I am a professional musician. I have lost a LOT of money because of this company's negligence and errors. I have been on tour FOR THIS ALBUM for about a month, and have been out of product for over 2 weeks because of them. This means I have lost a lot of money in lost sales. This is the very tour for this album, and I do not have the album to sell. NOW, they want me to wait another month or two for them to get off of their asses and fix the situation. These people not only owe me a refund, but they owe me a FIXED shipment of CDs AND they owe me for all of my lost sales due to their incompetence.
