Good for you, Rose-Marie! Do not let Nationwide Van Lines bully you. They do not have a leg to stand on, and nothing that they can sue you for. Scammers often try to threaten lawsuits if complainers write the truth. Nationwide has done it before, and will probably do it again and again. Your complaints are covered by the First Amendment, and are not libel or slander or any sort of racism on your part. Keep printing everything they try to threaten you with! Keep a log of their contacting you. Here is the insurance agent handling Nationwide's Cargo Insurance policy. Contact them directly and send THEM the pictures. It took one victim of NVL almost two years to get her payment of less than $200! She just got it last week after a long struggle, since she kept dealing directly with Nationwide. I think you should be more pushy, and do not let them snow you. Go over their heads and ahve the insurance agent settle your claim. I WAS JUST THREATENED WITH A LAWSUIT FROM ORIT AT NATIONWIDE VAN LINES. SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY OF THE PICTURES I SENT TO HER, SHE ALSO STATED THAT SHE IS NOT A RACIST, SHE THINKS THAT I AM A RACIST. ALL I WANT IS FOR THEM TO PAY FOR THE ITEMS THEY BROKE, AND FOR MY COMPUTER, MY TV AND MY LIVING ROOM FURNITURE. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR CHARITY, I JUST WANT NATIONWIDE VAN LINE INC TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY. I AM A BLACK WOMAN AND VERY PROUD OF MY SKIN COLOR, THE COLOR OF MY SKIN SHOULD NOT BE A BASIS FOR THAT COMPANY TO REFUSE TO REPLACE MY ITEMS. I WORKED VERY HARD TO BUY MY FURNITURE.
