When you went to the EZ tracks web page, did you click on the link for Free downloads? After taking your personal information you were taken to the page signing up for the voice mail service. Anytime anything is offered for Free, or seems to be too good to be true, someone is selling you some other service. This tactic is also used to offer a free video game consoles, computers, gift cards etc. Since you were taking advantage of an offer for a Free download, you could go back and download it again. Many companies do make it difficult to cancel a serivce once you have signed up. Do not expect it to be easy to cance., you may need to write a letter to the company for a written request for cancellation. Use a return receipt, signature required when you send the letter. Allow 5 - 7 days for delivery via USPS. Your credit card company should be able to assist in tracking the billing information. Of course you may request a dispute if the service offered is not received or is defective. Buyer Beware, read everything before clicking through a screen.
