nature's best distribution center modern day slavery unorganized unclean racist Flower Mound Texas
this place is a horrible place to work.there are mostly temporary workers there you are forced to work 15 To 20hours today. The permanent workers are mistreated no communication with supervisors and workers .Piles trash everywhere.negative treatment from supervisors toward the workers one in particular is known to be racist yet nothing is being done in the higher ups if you force your opinion about your mistreatment you will be terminated in particularly one supervisor name Chris in the freezer cooler dry section of the warehouse if you are African American will be watched constantly you be mistreated constantly nothing will be done by higher management the place is very. Unorganized unclean unsanitary supervisors and management are constantly on edge and angry because of working long hours no communication skills with any of the workers I unsafe equipment and very little equipment to go around for the employees in some situations if your supervisor question they refuse to answer they refused training.they will also walk away from you. Is if they didn't hear what you said. even get angry at you.this is not a good place to work stairway something needs to be done.all jobs have the problems true enough .but we are in America not Thailand we are adults when are children someone please help us
