NCO How to stop their calls HorshamHorsham Pennsylvania
I know many of you have suggested here about how to get the phone calls to stop from NCO - by writing them a letter. There's also another way, contact the Attorney Generals office in Pennsylvania. You can file a complaint online www.attorneygeneral.gov and click on the "file a complaint" link and fill out the form. Yep, you won't even need a stamp or bother with certified mail to do this.
In my case, NCO had sent my acct or sold my acct to Hunt & Henriques, a debt collection law firm in San Jose, CA. And the firm was calling me weekly, well their robot was, for many months. I presume they were calling on NCOs behalf. Again, my supposed debt's about 20+ years old, nor do they seem to have any info either. Just my phone #.
Anyway, rather than you dealing directly with NCO - let the AGs office do it. Maybe someday they'll even fine NCO - again.
The Attorney Generals office apparently has successful results too - as my phone calls did stop. And today I got a copy of the correspondence between NCO & the AGs office - where NCO assures the AG that my number has been removed.
Or, if you'd rather take on NCO yourself:
