Plash Pte. Ltd / Plash Media / Alore CRM (of of several organizations associated with Neels Steyn as director or in a leadership role) falsely claimed it had issued me a $39 refund (as promised) but the Visa credit card company confirmed that did not happen.  Also, when I asked Neels Steyn and/or his associate Vikas Jah to show proof that a refund had been properly issued, they could not do so.  Instead Vikas gave me the run around.  When I complained to Neels (supposedly the Director / supervisor in Plash), Neels continued to make similar evasive or false statements.

Any reputable company (especially in CRM which stands for Customer Relationship Management) would simply issue a refund to a customer who, under its own stated 30 day return policy, asked for a refund.  In this instance, the software was or is "cloud based and/or was never downloaded by the customer.  Furthermore Neels Steyn never said that a refund would be improper to issue; but falsely claimed that his company had already issued one to the customer.   

This report is being posted becasue without it, a search of the Plash's Director (Neels Steyn) on ripoffreport.com would not result in a report being shown (even though one was filed as stated below). 

Also, it appears that Neels Steyn claims to be simultanesously involved in multiple online businesses in multiple countries (United Arab Emirates, Singapore, India, etc).  Perhaps some or all of them are legitimate operations with little or nothing to do with Neels Steyn.  However, anyone who encounters Neels Steyn or one of his companies / partners / agents should be wary.  Also would be wary of Neel Steyn's sales agent / associate Sampath S.  Posted with this report is a youtube video which was used as a demonstration of the Alore CRM (the lifetime deal is no longer available but even if it was I wouldn't recommend it).
