I just thought I would say that I am a loyal customer to niels finance. They helped me buy a car with not only a low down payment but a low monthly payment as well. I have a repossesion on my credit as well as other things no car company would approve me. The finance company as well has been very nice to me as well. I worked for Ford motor company and they continued to lay me off, so as a result I was late on many payments but as long as I talked to them they were always ready and willing to work with me on my payments. As far as everything going wrong on your vehicle.....it is a used car company not new. You really needed to inspect the vehicle BEFORE you purchased it or brought someone with you who knows what there looking for. I did and when I noticed a couple of things wrong with the vehicle I purchased I let neil know about it and he not only took money off the price of the car but offered to fix it as well. This is the best used car dealership I have found. His daughter being in the comercials......what little girl doesnt want to be commercials!! My daughter would have loved it and if she wanted to wear makeup so be it....does that make me a predator? Do you not let your daughter play dress up or play with your makeup(if your a woman) lol. Things in life arent free, get used to it.

It seems to me that you were the Problem not the dealer or Finance company. 1. Tires are routine Maintenance. How did you come to find out that the Van needed tires? Did you bother to Inspect the Vehicle at all before Purchasing? A vehicle with 4 bald tires would have been giving signs of needing tires months before they went bald. Shaking, Pulling to one side, decreased gas mileage. Sound Familiar? 2. If your Vehicle was leaking transmission fluid , why did you continue to drive it with out taking it to a Mechanic to assess the needed repairs? Had you done so your Repair bill would have only been a Quarter of what it was. You broke the transmission by driving the vehicle when it was not Road worthy. That is your Fault.Considering you waited until your Tires were completely bald before even considering they might need to be replaced, I'm not Surprised you Drove your Van while the Transmission was slipping. 3. How exactly did your Sliding Door fall of when you were driving? Minivans have Auto Locks that Lock the Doors when you place the Van in drive. Once the door is latched is will not open until the Van is put back into park. This is true for all vans made in the last 10 years that have Power Locks. My 11 Year old Ford Windstar Did that also. As does my 2003 Windstar. 4.You should Always Have Money Equal to two payments in a savings account to Cover unexpected Car expenses. Had you done that you would not have missed any payments. And because I know you are going to ask. I do not nor have I ever Worked for Neils. I happen to be a Customer. I purchased a Dodge Ram from them 9 Months ago and I have never missed a payment. I have been late once due to Emergency Surgery and when Ladonna called me to check and see what Happened she was very nice once she found out what had happened. I made my Payment a week late and she waved the late charge for me. Neils reports to the credit bureaus quickly and their Positive report Helped me Get approved for us to buy our First home. They are Overpriced, but what would you expect from a Car dealer that will let you put down Under $100 and Drive off in a $5-10,000 Car! Oh and the "His commercials are ridiculous. He pimps out his daughter on the commercials. He had her on those commercials when she was a little kid wearing make up like adults do. That man is a predator!!!" Those commercials didn't bother you when you Purchased from him. Only after they Repossess' you because you Defaulted on your contract.
