NELSON GAMBLE AND ASSOCIATES JEREMY NELSON, AKA JEREMY JACKSON SCAM AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICES TO CONSUMERS IRVINE, California
Where to start with this company? wow! they are number one not a law firm and they have been projecting themselves as such. They charge all up front fees to the customer in which the client has no idea until they get a statement .
they tell the client that the money is there in the trust account but it's not it has gone to their high fees, there are even people who might say I will think about it or maybe i will wait.. but this company will draft them anyway.
the sales guys and their are 3 of them only who work out of a house are Jeremy Nelson aka jackson,, chris jay and josh eastman.
the client gets sucked into this scam and has no idea what is going on , by the time they call back they realize their money has been drafted , none of it has gone to the creditors .
they also profess to send out letters of representation and cease and desist - beware guys they don't do either one of these. they let the client think that they have. to either reassure them or calm them down.
do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this company that calls themselves nelson gamble and associates in Irvine on Von Karman.
they are only out for YOUR money and will tell you whatever is necessary to get you enrolled, they are not compliant and do not use full disclosure to the client about being
sued, owing money or the ruining of your credit.
Not to say there are some great companies out there doing this service to the consumer but this is NOT one of them.
They have even faxed over documentation on behalf of the client with fake signature to the trust fund people and they raised a red flag and closed all those accounts.
