In response to your assumption, just because a company has an offshore merchant does not make them fraudulent. So what if the merchant is offshore? The company still resides within the United States of America and is subject to all the laws therein. Perhaps if you had bothered to read the terms and conditions, WHICH YOU SHOULD ALWAYS DO IN EVERY CASE, E S P E C I A L L Y O N L I N E, you would have realized that you agreed to the autoship program until you notified the company to cancel. The terms and condtions are very clear... you have to read them before you click submit. You are further reminded in the footer of the confirmation email that again, you were on autoship and had 10 days to cancel. AND 3rd, in the package, you were reminded again that yes, you are indeed on autoship, and you can call in to cancel. Folks, all you have to do is read everything. Its not rocket science.
