I ordered Net Detective thinking it would help me find what I couldnt find on my own. What I got was information I already had and anything else I would have to pay more money for. Net Detective is one big joke. The problem is they are still out there taking in more and more money. They should be STOPPED.

Wow, how long has this company been in business? How can this go on so long without anyone stopping them? This is insane! Why do credit card companies not revoke their account? I've noticed that I can no longer log into my account, despite having paid them for a 3 year (or was it lifetime?) membership.

I also purchased Net Detective and, like you, found that I already had the majority of the tools they recommended (on my own). I contacted their office and requested a refund, which I received in a reasonable timeframe and without any hassle. If you have not already done so, I suggest you contact their office and ask for your money back. Tell them what you said here---it was not what you expected. Good Luck.
