I INSTALLED NET. ZERO INTERNET IN MY COMPUTER AS SEEN ON A T.V. AD. GET HIGH SPEED INTERNET FOR $14.95 A MONTH. WELL AS SOON AS I WAS ON LINE THE SPAM WAS TREMENDOUS. MOSTLY PRONO AND OTHER REAL BAD ADVERTISEMENT AND A VIRUS NOW I HAVE A BUG IN MY COMPUTER AND I WILL NEED LOTS OF MONEY TO FIX IT.IT WAS NOT HIGH SPEED AT ALL.

AFTER 1 HOUR AND 14 MINUTES THEY SAID I WAS ON LINE

THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD $14.95. I CALLED NET ZERO AND TOLD THEM I HAVE NOT USED THERE SERVICE AT ALL THE ENTIRE MONTH AND TOLD THEM HOW BAD THERE INTERNET SERVICE IS.

THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME THREE TIMES I CALLED THEM. I WOULD ASK TO PLEASE SPEAK WITH THERE SUPERVISOR TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM WITH THEM.

THEY WOULD JUST PUT ME ON HOLD FOREVER AND THEN CLICK THE PHONE WENT DEAD.ANY COMPANY THAT TREATS SOME ONE LIKE THAT I WILL NOT FORGET.

I AM A REALTOR IN ARIZONA FOR 24 YEARS NOW. I WILL TELL ALL MY REALTOR FRIENDS AND FUTURE BUSINESS PARTIES DO NOT GET NET ZERO INTERNET BECAUSE OF EXTREME POOR SERVICE AND A RIP OFF COMPANY.

The NetZero you joined is possibly through the new merge of Juno and United Online. They are the stinky ones. According to information found at www.geocities.com, they are posted as the "ISP Hall of Shame Inductee", through this recent merge. There is an article at www.geocities.com/tarahartz/isps-who-suck/netzero.html They can identify with your situation. I realize you have confronted them for a refund by phone, but you might consider communicating in writing. This way you have proof of your efforts to find resolution. If you can prove they put a bug in your system, you might consider charging them for all or any damage incurred. Not sure how you can, but it couldn't hurt to try. www.JohnShepler.com possibly provides NetZero for $9.95 monthly. They also advertize little or no Spam, as a selling feature. I didn't spend too much time at the site, maybe you can find out more. Hope this helps. Rip-off Report Volunteer
