Netspend Ace Elite i get SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS DIRECT DEPOSITED, NETSPEND AUTHORIZED A TRANSACTION THAT WAS UNAUTHORIZED, AND NOW THEY TOOK MY WHOLE BENEFIT CHECK THAT I HAVE TO LIVE ON ONCE A MONTH. Austin, Texas
Nestled Ace Elite had Authorized a Truck rental payment in the amount of 689.00 to budget truck, I did not Authorize this payment. I had a 100 overdraft limit, which netspend had Blocked until March 1, so how did they authorizes payment on Feb 16? They are taking my entire social security check.

You have not provided enough information. I didn't understand why it was posted. How did they get your bank card information? Did you in fact rent a truck? If you did not rent a truck , again how did they get your bank card info?

This doesn't really explain anything. Are you saying that you rented a truck and gave them your information then told them to hold it until March 1? I am not trying to be rude but I don't understand this at all. If you didn't have the money why on earth would you give them information (if you did). Any company will charge your account as soon as they receive your info.
