The FAP will bill you the following month. If you sign up today and choose a date that has passed i.e today is the 19th and you want it to bill you every month on the 10th, it will It will take effect the 10th of next month because the 10th of this month has passed. I would recommend signing up and setting it for the same day or very soon after.

I was given a prepaid Visa debit card, used it once and have been carrying it in my pocket. ( I rarely use credit cards, have never used an ATM )I carry adequate cash, using credit cards for emergencies. I recently tried to make a purchase w/debit card, and was informed it was invalid....having expired 12/07 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I looked @ the card, and sure enough, it showed: "good thru 12/07". The card HAD a balnce of $83.30. They STOLE this money......I sent them an email, requesting my money. I told them I will file in 'small claims' court, if I don't hear back in 1 week. Fortunately, I live in the state of Wash., where a law was passed -several years ago, making theft of ANY prepaid $$ ILLEGAL ! I have had to file against 2 airlines that cancelled miles, & T- Mobile when they cancelled hours of time. I win every time, but it's a pain in the a*s.

My wife, myself and both our companies have the Netspend VISA and a Master Card and we LOVE it! You just have to make sure to READ what you sign and what you are agreeing to carefully. This is a GREAT way to buy, sell, accept FREE Direct Deposit of your monies and they offer a FREE 5% yield Savings Account as well. How can you go wrong?????

Are you sure you chose the right date? I have seen this happened lots of times, for example ...a customer opened an account on the 5th and they sign up for the Fee Advantage to be charged on the 1st of every month, because the 1st day of that month has passed the service wont be effective until the 1st day of the next month! and the customer thought they had it since the 1st but that is incorrect because the account was opened on the 5th! i can understand the confussion Best Regards
