Ok, i am still on the phone after a short wait from netspend and it turns out that the vendors i ordered from, accidentally double charged my card, however, since i let netspend know of the amounts being already collected, they are now reversing the charges and returning my money to me. I will say i did get a bit of a run around but the CSR named Dan was very helpful and got everything straightened out.
