This prepaid card is fine at first but if have a canceled transaction or purchase, good luck on getting net spend to release your money. Remember they are not an actual bank so a transaction Id is of no use to them. I made a purchase online through a very reputable and popular website.

My purchase was canceled immediately due to wrong address, in fact, the money was not taken by merchant but netspend decided to hold it anyway. I had to call net spend several times with the hopes of receiving my money back.

The supervisor called the company on 3 way and was told by 2 different people that the transaction had been canceled. To no avail, that wasn't good enough to get my money back. Net spend ask the merchant to fax them a form that does not exist or I would have to wait 30 plus days (yes 30) to have my funds automatically released.

At this current time, I'm still waiting on my $320.00!
